Terms of Service

MVP ("Most Valuable Progeny", mvphorse.com), operated by [MVP Legal Entity] ("MVP", "we"), is a web platform for tracking equine futurity nominations and payment deadlines, verifying published earnings against official program sources, listing horses/embryos/stud fees in a marketplace, and related analytics. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for your account and its activity.

MVP matches horse earnings to publicly published results from official futurity programs (e.g. Ruby Buckle, Pink Buckle). A "verified" badge means our system matched your horse to a published source record at a point in time; it is informational and not a guarantee of accuracy, current standing, or future results. You are responsible for confirming matches we surface to you. MVP is not affiliated with or endorsed by any futurity program.

Paid subscriptions, futurity nomination payments (with a processing fee), and marketplace listing fees are processed on the web via our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel anytime in Settings, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. MVP does not custody funds for horse/embryo/breeding sales — those transactions happen directly between buyer and seller off-platform; MVP is not a party to them.

You may post listings and photos only for horses/services you have the right to sell and represent. You grant MVP a non-exclusive license to display your content within the service and in shareable listing/verification links. No fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful listings. We may remove content or listings that violate these Terms.

Earnings figures, valuations, analytics, and rankings are informational only and are not investment, financial, breeding, veterinary, or legal advice. Do your own diligence before buying, selling, or breeding.

No scraping beyond normal use, no interfering with the service, no infringing others' rights, no uploading malware.

MVP and its logo, software, and content are owned by MVP or its licensors.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee the service is error-free or that verification data is complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using MVP anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
